In April 2008 median condominium sale price in Calgary AB was $290,000 a change of -6.15% from April 2007. There were 581 condo sales in April 2008, the highest priced condo in Calgary sold for $1,900,000, the lowest price condo sold for $135,000 With all the market crash fears in Calgary these days it is good to look at the 2008 year to date median sale price of $292,500 which is an increase of 1.74% over 2007’s year to date of $287,500.
