Quick July 2010 Calgary AB Market Statistics:
July 2010 saw the median sale price of condos in Calgary selling for $268,000 which is up 1.90% over July 2009.  There were 396 sales throughout the month of July taking an average of 51 days on market to sell.  The lowest price unit in Calgary sold for $51,300 and the highest price unit sold for $1,900,000.
