In May 2008 median condominium sale price in Calgary AB was $285,000 a change of -7.47% from April 2007’s $308,000. There were 577 condo sales in May 2008, the highest priced condo in Calgary sold for $1,575,000, the lowest price condo sold for $128,500.
With all the market crash fears in Calgary these days it is good to look at the May 31 2008 year to date median sale price of $290,000 which is a change of -0.68% over 2007’s year to date of $292,000. This is a slight correction but I would not call it a crash.
